Thank you for registering and supporting our Freedom Fest Event.

Be sure to email your logo to info@MyKCF.org for promotional purposes as soon as possible. Also, if you are a Non-Profit you must email your status letter proving you are a Non-Profit. Please email your status letter to info@MyKCF.org as soon as possible.

Every vendor and registered vehicle will receive a predetermined location number. You will be emailed your designed location number a couple of days prior to
event day.

When you arrive on event day, please follow all signs and stay in your vehicle.  There will be a volunteer(s) stationed to check you in so you will not have to exit your vehicle until you are directed to your designated location. 

As stated during registration, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests however there are no guarantees.

Check-in and setup begin at 9:30 am and check-in closes at 10:30 am. The event starts at 11:00 am and all vehicles and vendors should be ready by that time.
